ORDER PROCESS:
- Select your item color, quantity and design choice.
- Submit names, dates and any other personalization to be engraved when you place your order. Please make sure to double check your spelling as we use your text submission for the layout in the design.
- We will send you a proof of the layout for your approval.
- Our production time is running 3-5 days from proof approval. (Let us know before ordering if you need a rush order. Rush charges may apply.) We use standard shipping for all orders which is running typically 3-5 business days. If you would like expedited shipping, contact us prior to placing your order.

SHIPPING
Double Barrel Designs ships only to continental United States locations. We use economy ground shipping which typically runs 3-5 business days during non-holiday seasons. Shipping rates are added to your purchase at checkout. Shipping is free for most purchases (unless noted in the item description) when your total exceeds $100 before tax. We are not responsible for delays in delivery or lost items due to the shipping company. If the purchaser would like expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
PERSONALIZED LASERED ITEMS:
We do not offer refunds on any of our custom or personalized lasered products. If the item is not as ordered or if there was a mistake on our part, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. You will need to contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to address any issues. Our goal is to have happy satisfied customers and provide nice quality products!
PRINT TO ORDER ITEMS:
Non-Clothing Items: We print to order each item as requested upon purchase just for you! No refunds available. If you have any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for us to attempt to resolve any problems.
Clothing Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have any issues or to request a return. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, our team will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue.
